TERMS and CONDITIONS
PAYMENT and REFUND POLICY: Payment is required to secure your appointment. My Calendly scheduling system uses PayPal, but you may also pay with Venmo (@Starduster-Services) Zelle ([email protected]) or I can email you a secure invoice for debit/credit cards. To reserve your appointment time after paying with Venmo, Zelle or Invoice, simply email me with your preferred time slot from those available on Calendly, and I will confirm with you ASAP. Cancellation refunds can only be granted if received AT LEAST 24 HOURS prior to your appointment. Unfortunately, no shows CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
RECORDINGS: ZOOM Meeting clients may record sessions directly to their devices, or I can send a Zoom Cloud link afterwards. Be sure to download your reading promptly as CLOUD recordings are deleted regularly. Clients using other meeting formats are encouraged to use their own recording software.
REQUIRED DETAILS: Your complete birth data will be requested (preferably from your official birth certificate or witness memory). I can still read for you if you don't know your exact birth time, but some elements can't be calculated without it, so your reading won't be as comprehensive. (For maximum accuracy in relationship readings, both party's exact birth times are required).
If booking manually via email: Please give concise answers to the following questions so I may best provide you with the most effective reading: 1) What prompted you to request a reading at this point in your journey? 2) What would you like to gain from your session? 3) What other context would be most relevant for my consideration?
RELEASE of LIABILITY: In accordance with applicable laws, I HEREBY DECLARE that neither Starduster Services, Jim Seymour nor any other parties involved in creating, maintaining or promoting this website shall be held liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your accessing this website. All content is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
I FURTHER DECLARE that any written, spoken, visual or recorded content from my readings is offered strictly for ENTERTAINMENT and/or EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, and is never intended to substitute for officially licensed and/or certified medical, legal, financial, ministerial, advisory, counseling or psycho-therapeutic services. Therefore under no circumstances shall Jim Seymour or Starduster Services be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from anyone's free-will interpretation and/or use of any type of Starduster Services content.
PRIVACY STATEMENT: All client information is strictly confidential; I'll never share your birth chart, personal data or details from your reading with anyone. (If only 1 person attends a Relationship Reading, I will require the second person's consent before reading their chart).
REFUSAL of SERVICE: I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, and I will promptly refund any remitted fees in full. Readings are only offered to persons at least 18 years of age. Prior to your appointment, you hereby affirm that you have read, understand and agree to all Starduster Services Terms & Conditions.
